Scholar in Residence

All DayMay 4 In celebration of the State of Israel’s upcoming 71st anniversary and in partnership with the Religious Zionist of America and World Mizrachi, we will be hosting as a Scholar-in-Residence, Rabbi David Brofsky, resident of Alon Shvut and author of the Koren books, Hilkhot Tefilla, Hilkhot Moadim and Hilkhot Aveilut. Rabbi Brofksy, has taught at Yeshivat Har Etzion, Michlelet Mivaseret Yerushalayim, Midreshet Lindenbaum and Midreshet Torah V’Avodah. He also writes a weekly Halacha Shiur for Yeshiva Har Etzion’s Vitual Beit Midrash. Rabbi Brofsky received a BA and MA from Yeshiva University and has Rabbinic ordination from the Israeli Chief Rabbinate.
